How to Make Spicy Korean Noodles?

Ingredients and Korean Sauces

  • 1 lb Korean noodles
  • 1 lb spinach
  • ½ lb carrots
  • 1 lb mushrooms
  • 1 bunch of green onions
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 6 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 lb beef
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 4 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp crushed red peppers

Instructions 

Prepare all the ingredients that are mentioned above. Cut beef into small pieces. Cut the rest of the ingredients as you like. You can cook spicy Korean noodles as instructed on the package. Preheat the pan and add a little bit of oil. Sauté carrot and other ingredients until they turn brown.

Prepare sauces for noodles. Cook beef pieces until they are golden brown. After that, pour the sauce over the beef. Let it observe all the sauces. Now, add Korean noodles, onions, carrots, and mushrooms. Now, add spinach and stir it for 5 minutes. Your Korean spicy noodles are ready to serve.
